Fossil Community Food Pantry Project #P-2995-25
The work contemplated consists of the following: Providing the city of Fossil, Oregon a new community food pantry. This will include a new 1,600 square-foot building, associated site work, utilities, and new accessible parking. Asphalt shingle roofing, shop fabriated wood trusses, fiber cement siding, concrete, vinyl windows, doors, interior finishes, specialties, mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
Tenant Improvement for Okanogan County Public Health Project
The project is an interior tenant improvement on two floors of the existing Okanogan County Public Health and Public Works offices at 1234 2nd Avenue South, Okanogan WA. The Public Health space improvement includes about 7,800 sf of the upper floor. The Public Works space improvement is limited to the restrooms on the lower floor. Selective structure demolition, gypsum board, resilient flooring and base, painting, acoustical panel ceiling, doors, bullet resistant doors and windows, casework, specialties, bullet resistant package passer - acrylic, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other work as detailed.
