Morton School District Bus Shop Building Project #24028
Work of Project is defined by Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Earthwork and utility installation for the placement of a modular building provided by the Owner. 2. Prepare a level pad site for the Owner’s modular building. 3. Make all utility connections to the Owner’s modular building. 4. Renovations inside the newly relocated modular building. 5. All sitework and building construction, of various construction trades, resulting in the creation of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building that will serve as a maintenance shop of the school districts transportation division. 6. Alternates as listed in Section 01 2300 – Alternates. ** The Owner will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm, February 3, 2026 for Part 1 and until 3:00 pm, February 3, 2026 for Part 2, at the Morton School District office located at 152 Westlake Ave, Morton, WA 98356. Part 2 will include a list of HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical subcontractors. Part 3 of the bid form will be received until 2:00 pm, February 5, 2026, at the Morton School District office located at 152 Westlake Ave, Morton, WA 98356 and will include a list of Structural Steel and Rebar installers.
Cowlitz County Fire District #5 Station 52 Shop Expansion Project
Bids will be received as follows: General Contract consisting primarily of the construction of: 1. Storage Building: Addition of approximately 2,855 S.F. pre-engineered metal building with associated structural, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements. The addition will consist of three apparatus bays for engine storage, only. 2. All Work will be under a single-prime Contract(s).
Oak Harbor High School CTE Building
Construction of a new 3,200 square foot Career & Technical Education (CTE) Building on the campus of Oak Harbor High School, in Oak Harbor, WA. The facility with be a single story building housing shop fabrication areas, owner provided welding booths and an interior steel-framed storage mezzanine. The building structure will consist of a pre-fabricated metal building frame & roof with wood-framed infill walls and concrete foundation. The project will include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems. Site work will include extension of existing utilities to the new building, connections to existing storm water management system, site grading & paving.
